WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We have most items available and ready to ship unless stated in the description. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours via standard Australia Post or Sendle delivery. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery within Australia. Please be advised that untracked shipping can’t be shipped to parcel lockers, if you wish to have yours delivered to a parcel locker please select tracked shipping at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING UPGRADES?
Yes you can choose to upgrade to Express at checkout, however please allow 48 hours for despatch.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes simply select the option at checkout, you won’t be charged for shipping and keep an eye out for an email from us with details on how to collect. Please allow 48 hours for despatch.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
We sure do. We love creating that perfect item just for you. If you are after a particular colour or a slight change in design or something completely different please contact us via email through the contact page we can’t wait to work with you.
Are the HEADBANDS suitable for ALL AGES?
Our super soft head bands fit from newborn up to most adult heads. You will often find me wearing my daughters as it matches my outfit. They are very comfortable and most of the time you won’t even realise its on. Another handy hint that many customers do is wrap them around your pony tail to cover your elastic, they are such a versatile accessory.
Not sure the difference between Right & Left Clips?
Most of the time Right or Left doesn’t matter unless the fabric is patterned one way or the bow only sits one way and can’t be flipped (sailor/harper bow styles).
Right Clips generally sit on the right side of your head. Looking at the bow from the front, the clip will squeeze together to open on the right hand side.

Bow Ties – Generally to sit on a shirt its a left side clip however these can also be worn in the hair so that is why we have the different fixing options.
How long is turnaround on the personalised swaddles and sheets?
Approximately 3 weeks before they are despatched. Once you place the order within 48 hours you will receive a proof via email. Please keep an eye out for this as we can’t start production until you approve the final design. If you delay in approving the design this will then delay the production and despatch time frame.
Where are your personalised swaddles and sheets printed?
All of our personalised swaddles and sheets are designed, printed and sewn here in Australia. We like to keep things local to reduce the turnaround time for you. Along with supporting other local businesses.
Can I chance my personalised swaddle or sheet design after ordering?
Once you place your order you will receive a proof from us, at this stage you’re welcome to make changes if needed. After you have given the design final approval we are no longer able to make changes.
PLEASE NOTE:
At no point should your child be left unsupervised whilst wearing a Little Bow Co accessory. We do our very best to make sure our bows are made to high standards however they may present a choking risk to small children. Please do not allow your children to sleep whilst wearing your Little Bow Co accessories.
