Purchasing – By purchasing any item via this website, you agree to be added to our Little Bow Co mailing list where you’ll receive emails containing updates and promotions. You are able to unsubscribe from this list at any time. Your emails address will never be sold or used for any purpose other than this mailing list.
At no point should your child be left unsupervised while wearing their Little Bow Co bow. While we do everything to ensure our bows are safe and of the highest quality, they may present a choking risk to small children. Never allow a child to sleep while wearing Little Bow Co bows or clips and ensure your bows are kept out of reach of small children.
Orders are filled and shipped within 1-2 business days from the day you order unless specified in the listing. The only exception to this is weekends and public holidays.
Free Shipping will NOT have tracking, Little Bow Co take no responsibility for lost items. Free or untracked shipping can not be delivered to parcel lockers. If you wish to have your parcel registered or posted express please select this option at checkout.
Please allow standard Australia Post shipping times for your parcel to arrive.
Any orders that are “returned to sender” due to incorrect shipping details will incur additional fees if its to be re-directed to another address.
International orders please note that we do not cover any custom duties or importing fees into any country. If your destination isn’t showing up at checkout please contact us for a postage quote. email@example.com
PURCHASES AND REFUNDS
Little Bow Co does everything possible to ensure you have an accurate description of our products. If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us immediately within 48hours of receiving your parcel. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind. We do offer refunds if you believe you have been misled by our product descriptions. Refunds are offered through PayPal and the cost of postage is deducted from the refund amount. If refunds are not appropriate, we will discuss with you alternate options such as an alternate product or possible future discount on a product of choice. Please ask any questions prior to the purchase of our product, we are happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
DISCOUNTS & VOUCHERS
Discounts and vouchers cannot be applied after the purchase is complete. If you forgot to use your discount code or voucher, keep your eyes open for new offers in the future.
We do not accept returns or refunds on personalised items unless an item is faulty.
